Method
Combine sauce and olive oil, spread over each pizza base and sprinkle with half the crumbled Mersey Valley cheese. Top with onion wedges, chunks of tuna and remaining Mersey Valley cheese. Bake at 230°C for 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Serve immediately sprinkled with capers and parsley.
