‘Quick and Cheesy’ Baked Potatoes

Method

Prick potatoes all over with a skewer, place on a rack in the oven at 200°C and bake for 40 minutes until soft in the centre when tested with a skewer. Cut a cross in the top of each potato and gently squeeze base to open out. Spoon generous dollops of Mersey Valley Original Spreadable cheese into the centre of each potato and serve sprinkled with snipped chives.

Serve as an accompaniment to any meal or add lots of crunchy coleslaw or salad to the potato and serve as a meal in itself.
